Beginners are welcome to join us at any time; we're a friendly club and no experience is necessary. If you're apprehensive coming for the first time - persuade a friend to come along too for moral support!
For your first class all you need is to come wearing loose clothing and to bring some drinking water.
Shorinji Kempo classes currently run on Thursdays in the Partick Burgh Halls, 9 Burgh Hall Street, Glasgow G11 5LW
Thursday Classes - ROOM 1 - from 1900 hours until 2100 hours
Shorinji Kempo classes (2hrs) are £6 and £4 for concessions. Further discounts are available with direct debit.
Special Seminars covering; weapons training, specific self-defence and seiho are also available.
Self Defence can be a great team building activity.
Private and Corporate Self-Defence courses tailored to your needs are also available (price TBC).
